hotfix (0.82b) 1fx. Mod. SoF2 - v1.02t (MP TEST / Demo)

Important: After installing the base package, please also install the following hotfix (0.82b).
This hotfix fixes a critical issue in the passworded Admin system where lower level Admins could gain higher level Admin powers.
